Sharon Morrow is CEO of Bons Secours Dublin a Private independent acute care hospital located in Glasnevin in North Dublin which has been providing medical care to patients from Dublin and across Ireland since 1951.
The hospital is part of the Bon Secours Health System, Ireland’s largest independent Hospital Group which has a network of modern, JCI accredited acute hospitals.
The hospital employs circa 600 personnel, who, together with leading consultants work in partnership to provide the highest standard of Advanced Medicine Exceptional Care to over 30,000 patients each year.
Ms Morrow has held senior roles in the public, private and voluntary sector, most recently as Director of the All Island Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) Network, which manages a cross-border service delivery model for congenital heart disease in children.
She trained as a nurse in the Adelaide Hospital, Dublin and was later a project manager at Tallaght University Hospital.
She also worked as a Directorate Business Manager at St James’s Hospital and as National Clinical Care Programme Manager with the HSE, before returning to Tallaght University Hospital as Deputy CEO and chief operations officer and was CEO of the Laura Lynn Children’s Hospice, before joining the the All-Island CHD Network.
