1981 RCSI medical graduate and commenced Radiology Training in Beaumont and completed Fellowships in Zurich, Oxford and UC San Francisco. Appointed Consultant Neuroradiologist in 1995-2022 Beaumont Hospital with subspeciality in interventional neuroradiology (aneurysm coiling and stroke intervention). Attending neuroradiologist Bons Dublin since 2000. Extensively published (150 publications). Former roles included Secretary of the Faculty of Radiologists, Director of the Radiology Department, Neurosciences and Medical Director of Beaumont. Member of the British and European Societies of Neuroradiology and the UK Neurointerventional group.
