Biography

Mr Muhammad Mushtaque is a Consultant General Surgeon at the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork.  Mr Mushtaque graduated in 1994 and did his surgical training in Pakistan before receiving a Fellowship at the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan 2000 (FCPS).

Mr Mushtaque undertook his Higher Surgical training in Ireland and was awarded a Fellowship at the Royal College of Surgeon in Ireland (FRCSI) 2003 and Intercollegiate Speciality Board Examination in Surgery FRCS (Gen) in 2009.

Mr Muhammad Mushtaque has  a specialist interest in all aspects of General Surgery including; upper and lower GI endoscopy, Laparoscopic General/ surgery, Laparascopic and open incisional/ inguinal and recurrent hernia surgery, Thyroid, parathyroid and laparoscopic adrenal surgery and Acute General Surgery.
