Dr Patrick O’Boyle is an interventional cardiologist in Dublin with extensive international training. Dr O’Boyle studied medicine at the University of Cambridge and St George’s Hospital, University of London. After further medical training at St Thomas’ Hospital, London and in Queensland Australia he specialised in cardiology in Glasgow, Scotland.
Dr O’Boyle received advanced training in complex coronary intervention during his fellowship at the Golden Jubilee National Hospital in Scotland, he now specialises in routine and complex stenting procedures, intravascular imaging and coronary physiology. Dr O’Boyle is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland.
Worrying about heart problems can be a stressful time and Dr O’Boyle seeks to guide patients through their treatment with kindness and expert care.
Originally from Belfast, Dr O’Boyle is delighted to be home in Ireland and is accepting new patient referrals.
