Moving from the status of student into the world of fulltime work as a qualified nurse is possibly the most challenging transition you will make in your career. Nurses are deeply involved in the lives of those they support and care for and taking on this responsibility can be a daunting task. Healthcare environments are complex and consistently evolving and changing with the emergence of new research and evidence-based solutions. We are here to help.
As you start your journey as a newly qualified nurse, our goal is to empower you to bridge the gap from theory to practice in a friendly caring environment. Our 1 year programme is aimed at newly qualified nurses or those qualified within the last 2 years. The graduate nurse programme will enhance your clinical skills and provide opportunities to consolidate your prior learning and grow with confidence as a healthcare professional.
