I have spent several occasions in the Bons Cork for various treatments over the years. It is an exceptional hospital with wonderful staff.
They were all fabulous, in every facet of care, from introduction, to ensuring I had a lunch when my check in time was after lunch, explaining procedures & how measurements were to be taken.
All staff I encountered were very professional and efficient in their interactions with me. They also were brilliant at talking with me about the processes I was facing in such a lovely manner that I felt very much included, listened to etc. Every staff member across the various different levels I met were wonderful, an absolute credit to the hospital. The hospital was spotless. I would highly recommend the Bon Secours Hospital Tralee.
